Q. Where is this piece made?
Our Tennis Necklaces are crafted by a trusted international supplier using ethically sourced, high-quality materials.

Q. What's the difference between 9ct and 18ct gold?
The difference comes down to the percentage of pure gold in the alloy—9ct contains 37.5% and 18ct contains 75%. This affects the colour, hardness, and durability of your piece.

Q. Can I get a different length or stone size?
Our standard Tennis Necklace length is 42cm. Ready to Wear pieces are designed as-is and cannot be customised, but for different lengths, carat weights, or materials, contact us at info@kateandkole.com.au. For sizing help, see our Necklace Size Guide.

Q. What about exchanges and insurance?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 10% restocking fee (excluding custom and Jewellery Builder pieces). We also recommend protecting your Tennis piece under a personal jewellery insurance policy—we partner with Q Report and can provide the documentation you need. Please reach out if you'd like more information.
